Daniel Presents to Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association BTAM and Violence Risk Assessment Committee

In April Daniel gave a presentation for the members of the members of the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management and Violence Risk Assessment Committee. The group, which he was invited to join in the winter of 2025 is comprised of senior law enforcement leadership, mental health professionals and others engaged in the work of threat detection and mitigation. Topics included understanding the complicated dynamics between different types of stakeholders within religious institutions, the critical role threat assessors play in educating these stakeholders, and the challenges of long-term management when a person of concern is also a member of a particular community.
